El territorio boyacense goza de una gama importante de paisajes, culturas, costumbres, cultivos y gentes con un don de servicio y una fuerza interna de salir adelante aprovechando lo que tiene alrededor. El occidente de Boyacá es una zona que para nada es apático a las oportunidades que brinda el sector turístico, es por ello que hoy realizan importantes esfuerzos desde la asociatividad agropecuaria para promover el turismo rural comunitario, naciendo así la pregunta de investigación de este proyecto  ¿ Cuáles son las estrategias de turismo rural que pueden fortalecer el desarrollo de los procesos sociales y económicos de las comunidades agropecuarias del Municipio de San Pablo de Borbur Boyacá? 

se acude aun enfoque mixto centrado en lo cualitativo a través de los procesos culturales, el desarrollo de actividades productivas, revisión de literatura, cuantitativa al recolectar  analizar e interpretar datos estadísticos del comportamiento del turismo, así mismo , la observación directa, es el instrumento a través del cual se recopilan datos asociados al aviturismo, ecosistema y modus vivendi de los productores del Municipio, pues la comunidad está participando activamente a través de la asociación de Asocacabo y otras asociaciones del sector que se han unido, 

En la primera fase se han visitado 4 fincas agropecuarias en la verda  san Luis que ofrecen recorridos en producción de panela, aguacate, guanábana, cacao y café, por otra parte, la observación de paisajes, aves, montañas entre otros recursos naturales. Mostrando al mismo tiempo la necesidad de realizar aportes desde la academia para fortalecer procesos agropecuarios en la efectividad administrativa.

The territory of Boyacá enjoys an important range of landscapes, cultures, customs, crops and people with a gift of service and an internal strength to get ahead by taking advantage of what is around them. The west of Boyacá is an area that is not at all apathetic to the opportunities offered by the tourism sector, which is why today they make important efforts from agricultural associativity to promote rural community tourism, thus giving birth to the research question of this project What are the rural tourism strategies that can strengthen the development of the social and economic processes of the agricultural communities of the Municipality of San Pablo de Borbur Boyacá?

a mixed approach focused on the qualitative is used through cultural processes, the development of productive activities, literature review, quantitative when collecting, analyzing and interpreting statistical data on the behavior of tourism, likewise, direct observation, is the instrument through which data associated with birdwatching, ecosystem and modus vivendi of the producers of the Municipality are collected,  because the community is actively participating through the through the Asocacabo association and other associations in the sector that have joined.

In the first phase, 4 agricultural farms have been visited in the verda San Luis that offer tours in the production of panela, avocado, soursop, cocoa and coffee, on the other hand, the observation of landscapes, birds, mountains among other natural resources. At the same time, showing the need to make contributions from academia to strengthen agricultural processes in administrative effectiveness.
